Returns Policy

You may return faulty damaged goods, however due to hygiene reasons we will not be able to accept the return of dog clothes and beds. We ask that customers check the sizes before ordering on each item as sizes such as "Medium" may vary between brands.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item) or a defective item.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We strongly advise you to correctly measure your pet before you order from us.

If, however, you do order the wrong size, the following exchange procedure applies.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your package.
Once agreed by us, we will ask you to carefully return your package to us, in an unworn, perfect condition.

We regret that we are unable to exchange worn garments due to strict pet hygiene rules that we follow. Any goods returned which have in our opinion been worn, will not be refunded and returned to you.

Tags must still be fitted to any garment in order to be eligible for a return - any garments which have had the tags removed will not be eligible to be returned.

On receipt of your package we will refund the cost of your item directly back to you via your original payment method.

You are then free to order the correct size, and this will be shipped out to you within 48 hours.

Please also note that personalised/ custom made goods including, but not limited to collars, mugs, and tags are excluded from the return policy.

Please note that where an item is returned due to incorrect ordering, postage costs will not be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

UK shipping

The price of shipping is listed on all products some items are free shipping and everynow and again i put special codes on the website for free shipping. items are usually sent out 48 hours after ordering but may take up to 7 days to arrive.

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
